The Sheffield Cheesemasters Yorkshire Poutine Cheese Curds are firm fresh cheddar curds which can be used in variety of ways.  Traditionally they are used to make the Canadian dish Poutine - French fries stacked with curds and topped with hot gravy.  We also like to pan fry them making them both crispy on the outside and gooey inside.  We think they are perfect:

  • As a pizza topping
  • Inside a toasted sandwich
  • Ingredient in a Quiche
  • In a salad
  • Lunch Box filler
  • Cheesy snack

The milk is from the local dairy farm Our Cow Molly and the cheese is made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.

The container is fully biodegradable and compostable.
