Picture of Saint Mars of the Desert Laska Pils - 4.4% - 440ml

“Laska” means love in Czech - this is a tribute to Czech Pilseners, fermented with two lager yeast and Czech-grown Saaz and Kazbek hops. Soft, with a spicy-lemon hoppiness and a dry finish.

ABV: 4.4% Vol

440ml

Suitable for Vegans.

Contains: Barley, Oats.

It's a new NE IPA (surprise!) this time with a bunch of ruby grapefruit zest and pulp added in the coolship. It's a fun beer with an orange-red hue, a bit of pithy bitterness and a lot of our usual fruity hops: Mosaic, Waimea, Amarillo and of course the grapefruit. It's quite different to other grapefruit beers, I think because this is not a grapefuit-flavoured beer, but instead an IPA in which grapefruits were an ingredient.
