Little Mester is a small batch artisan cheese made by an urban cheesemaker, Sophie Williamson, in the heart of Sheffield.  It is a surface ripened soft cheese made using pasteurised milk and suitable for vegetarians.  Matured over a period of 2 weeks it is a fresh young cheese with a gooey outer layer and a creamy core.  Fantastic as part of a cheeseboard or when baked in the oven transforms into a mini fondue.

The milk is from the local dairy farm Our Cow Molly.
