This version is a classic breakfast stout, with a carefully constructed malt grist to provide a robust backbone, including a hint of smoked malt for added complexity. Coffee from Sheffield based roastery Cafeology gives an intensity to the aroma, alongside layers of bittersweet flavour

We've brewed a few Dark Mild's over the last couple of years but this one trumps them all, full bodied and packed full of flavour. Brewed as a parti-gyle with our first imperial stout (Out soon!) we've packed in the rich flavours, Chocolate, Coffee, Toffee, Caramel and Dried Fruit.
Perfect in this cold weather, great with a mince pie, slice of cake or sat in your favourite pub hiding from the weather.

Berliner Weisse sour wheat beer brewed with fresh and pure dark cherry. This sour ale is about balance between sweet and tart, blending deep, fruity cherry, a smooth and full mouthfeel and a refreshing gentle sour finish.

Jaipur is Thornbridge flagship IPA, enjoyed around the world and beloved at the brewery too. This doesn’t mean that they don’t like having some fun with it and we think we have certainly done this with ‘Chaipur’. One of the keys to the success of Jaipur is balance; we have strived for this while using a kaleidoscopic menagerie of flavourful additions, complementing the original IPA with cinnamon, ginger, clove, black pepper, cardamom and a delicate touch of oolong tea to round it out. These carefully selected spices each work to play with the grapefruit and pine already present from the hops, for a complex and truly rewarding drinking experience.
Floresta is the latest in our range of exciting, lip-smacking, sours. Brewed with blackcurrant, blackberry and raspberry it’s created to be a perfect spring offering. It pours with a tantalising haze and berry aromas in abundance, the bold juicy flavours explode across the palate with a fantastic puckering tartness that builds to a truly refreshing finish.
A beautiful hazy Vermont Session IPA. We generously dry hop with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo hops, creating a hugely aromatic and juicy fruit bomb. This product is vegan friendly.
