Baked fresh in Sheffield by the lovely Jonny, Challah is a Jewish Celebration bread, sweet like brioche and perfect with savoury or sweet.
Our light rye with added aromatic caraway seeds. There are many a faithful follower of this loaf.
Allergen information: contains wheat, gluten. Made in an environment where we regularly use nuts, gluten, milk, sesame, celery, eggs and mustard. As a result, Forge are unable to guarantee that anything we sell is completely free of ANY allergen.
A blend of white, wholemeal & rye flours give this sourdough the flavour of a wholemeal loaf with a texture closer to a white.

Forge’s pizza dough is a mix of sourdough with fresh yeast and is sold unbaked in one pizza base ready portion – just roll out and add toppings to create your own pizza.
The pizza dough is kept refrigerated until it gets to you, it’s best refrigerated until you use it, and the sooner you use it the better, though it’ll keep for a few days and still taste great.
